Their love is like the wind. You can't see it but you can feel it.

This quote is from the book I read lately.  A Walk to remember.  By Nicolas Sparks.  Lord that book can make emotions run in you. Make that shiver, romance, drama run down in your spine. Thousands of feelings at once.

So this world changing book is about two characters . Jamie Sullivian and Landon Carter. Landon was a spoilt chap. Jamie was religious. All this starts when Landon wanted help with his lines. He asked Jamie for help and she agreed one condition. Landon shouldn't fall in love with her. But then what.

Landon does falls in love with her. She makes him want to be different. Their love is unbeatable and unbelievable and unconditional and understanding.  Jamie is not Landon's learning but her inspiration too. She had dreams. She wanted to witness a miracle. She wanted to be at two places at once, get a tattoo and until half the book she doesn't tell us her number one wish but when she does we realise it totally worth the wait. It was getting married in the church where her mother grew up.

She changes Landon. Landon changes. He beacomes different. Better. He was just made for her. They loved each other unconditionally. ( like I probably numerous times before)

Something worth mentioning would be that Landon left all his friends, all that popularity and all that attention just to be Jamie's lover. She worked with stars and he got a star named after her. She wanted to be at two places at once and it was fulfilled by Landon. She wanted a tatto and Landon put one for her.  Almost her wishes were true. And then everything breaks down.

Jamie had told Landon not to fall beacause she had leukemia.  Blood cancer. It was a turning in my life as well as Landon's.  He falls apart. I do too. Just think of the pain Landon faced. Shredded like paper, broken like glass, melted like candles.

He spends so much time crying and dying. Running out of tears he stops and realises that he actually did not much time with the love of his life.  He learns to dance so that they  can dance together. He pulls up the blanket for her when she sleeps on his shoulders.

But Jamie grew worse.  She was on pills, medicine, sleeping most of the time with Landon by her side. She was dying and he shared the pain. He was fading. He asks his mother for advice and she tells him that he should do something out of the box to keep her happy. He builds a telescope for her cause she wanted to see a shooting star.  They see that shooting star. And that day their life changes.  You won't have a mere idea of he did that night.

He asked her to marry him. And then what? They got married in the church she wanted to. How amazing is that? How pure is that.  Landon knew the truth of her life but that didn't matter. It was love that love that did. They had their best summer with more love people know in their whole lifetime. And then  Jamie Elizabeth Sullivian dies with her undying love for Landon. That was the end of Jamie. His Jamie. She died but taught him so much.

"I am sorry she never got her miracle" says Landon
"She did. She got you Landon" says Jamie's dad.
