My train to nowhere

If you catch the train to nowhere, it'll lead you to a destination of broken hearts. The city of fallen souls and a cemetery of pain, agony and despair. You'll find me there in a corner, still relishing on old memories. Happy sun and chirping birds and blue skies and the spring you never deserved. People come and go, but none of them stay. They say it's too painful to live here. I just couldn't find a reason to live, so I never left.

If you had the time to screen through this place you'll see how it's become what it is. This train to nowhere was once a garth of petals that never fell and trees which never dried. This train will lead you to a place which saw the most beautiful fishes in the clear waters. The train will lead you to the place where she was betrothed to him. It was once beautiful here, with love and jocund everywhere.

But just like the traveller of the train changed, the place did too. The clear waters were contaminated of broken memories and haunted pasts. The blue skies saw eaters of the corpses fly among the dark gray clouds. The sun never really rose and the birds all died out. The engaged couple that once lived, lost the man of it's house. The widow still sits by his grave. Knowing he wasn't dead. She knew he was still there. Just didn't know how long she could wait.

It was as if the place gave up on itself because it was too dark to ever wait for the sun to rise. And maybe if you come here, the lost girl will find her lost betrothed. And the train will find it's traveller, and the sun will find it's skies. The birds might again learn to chirp and winter might never return. Because it was so cold here, that even the snow didn't come because snow would mean happy lovers and hot coffee. None of that ever existed.

Just if you caught the train to where.....
